Which dog shall I get?

At the moment I am torn between the Japanese Tosa, The American Pit-bull Terrier, a Doberman and a Great Dane.

Which has the best temperament and will be nicer to my friends and their dogs?

My dog is crossed with a doberman..she has the temperament ...she can be quite protective over me ..she`s not that keen on me going near other dogs...isn't the pitbull going to be banned in the country???
most dogs are ok if you bring them up with people and other dogs,you also have to remember the more intelligent the dog the more you have to work it..in my experience board dogs get moody and aggressive...
the best advice by far tho is not to rush out and buy a dog...
also have a nose round your local rescue centre you`ll be surprised what they have and at a fraction of the cost

I would go for a Jack Russell or maybe a cat

how bout an alsatian I have a beautiful dog she is a cross labrador alsatian she is quiet and wouldn't hurt a fly I guess tho it depends on wether you like walking for miles and wether you want a dog to sit by your side on the couch

the white west highland terrier is the bestest dog ever i have a lil girly nd she has such a brilliant character and my mums friend has one too who is also awesome! they are great dogs!!!

if you get the american pitbull a dog was put down and owner jailed recently just for having the dog so take care.

...the Japanese Tosa looks so cool! A big and beautiful breed with power to spare! Apparently they are very loyal and loving.

Doubt I'll go for a Pitbull type now...
