How to fight colds

I am constantly trying to find solutions to prevent colds and flu's and recently I’ve found this new product. Its an elderberry syrup called Sambucol, which I found in boots. I’ve tried it and my cold was gone instantly. Has anyone else used it?

I heard of it! It works well from what I heard.
