How many people are freaking out because you've put on a few pounds over Xmas????
Are you going to join a gym or maybe buy an exercise video,or go for the in trend of detox your body??? I say forget it,eat healthy,leave the snacks alone,moderate exercise ,eg walk to the shops or walk your kids to school etc,you`ll be back to your normal weight in month or so.. Why waste ya money on stuff you`ll only do once,spend it on a drink in the pub at the weekend ![]()

I agree, we have 4/5 months yet before we need to bear our bikini bods to the world so chill out and have that potato pie with the thick crust and crusty bread-it's still winter, too dark and miserable outside to diet
