Since the place is belonged to Spain, expect that the climate it shows off is quite friendly; perfect and ideal place to venture for your Christmas holidays or during New Year. If you were bored enough to celebrate your New Year at your same old town, then hopping to Tarragona is perfect for you. Make your upcoming New Year a unique one, and do it here in Tarragona’s interesting places.

I agree that Tarragona is a really interesting place to visit - an ancient Roman city with interesting historical sites and good beaches.
The back-country is fascinating too, with medieval walled towns such as Montblanc the jagged scenery of Montserrat and the remarkable 12th century cistercian monastery of Poblet, where many of the Catalan kings are buried. |
