I write property features for the Sunday Mirror, Homes & Holidays and am looking for people who have a funny, unusual or interesting house buying tale.

Maybe you've been gazumped several times before, or you have gazumped others. Did you manage to get one over on an estate agent by not paying their fee or have you tried and failed many times to get on the property ladder?
