Boob jobs

How safe are boob jobs? We still haven't seen the long term effects, and how real do they actually look and feel anyway?

boob jobs are well dodgy - silicon implants have been known to leak or explode if not put in correctly, as it were

Not only that...they also tend to be unusually firm. So from a guys perspective they're nice to look at, but not to play with.

A friend of my had a boob job, not for the attention but because her chest was so flat. She didn't go over the top, but they look great and so real.

if i wasnt a guy then i would try one and have gained lots of attention, but u think it really hinders the fact the women are beautiful for there personal not just there breasts although it helps men to look at there chest.

Ive got a friend that had a boob job a few years back. She had this done on medical grounds that one boob was a lot bigger than the either and was causing her problems. I think if there is a genuine reason then its a good idea.

As for it being safe, is any operation safe? It depends on how reputable the surgeon is.

Some of my male friends rate fake ***** better than the real thing! I don't know how safe they are, have heard on the rumour mill they can inhibit breast feeding etc and if you go too big the skin stretches around the implant so much that once you have them in you HAVE to have replacements. ***** are all well and good but I think smiles are what make all the difference, look at early pictures of Celin Dion and other celebs - once they have had major work performed on their teeth it transforms their faces totally - who wants to look at a cleveage when someone has an equally gorgeous smile?!
