the cheap outlets you mean? there is a good one in hatfield for cheaper stuff - and every large city will have an outlet somewhere! mostly industrial parks i think...

omg! i love shopping!!! wales aint the best place for shopping but when i go up to manchester i HAVE to go to the trafford centre and the arndale!!!!

I've been to McArthur Glen near York...it's pretty good. Have also heard Bister is supposed to be great, but have not been.
