Hi all!
I am very new here, and I have a physical answer to your question.
I've had red, brown, black hair all my life and would never complain about my success with males.
Almost 3 weeks ago, I changed my hairstyle and color: I'm a super blonde woman, now.
I can tell you I've never had such a success with mens, I get compliments, nice words, deep looks all day, people trying to get to know me all day!! Never thought that being blonde would mean becoming sooo successful with mens!

Yep different colour hair can start a different reaction in a man but its all good, heres one to try but my hair suffered for it afterwards,I am brunette, went red on the one day,had a marvellous fiery night, but did not like the colour the next day so bleached it blonde, boy Saturday was fun,and for that matter so was Sunday morning by Sunday night realised bleach had made my hair look in bad condition so went back to brunette.
One weekend of that was all I could cope with but what fun, quite happy to stay brunette now having been most colours, nothing effects things more than the person your with and the chemistry between you and the pleasure of just getting to know one another.

Well, your story's interesting. I think I'm more sensitive to males's reactions coz I'm single, even though I never changed my hair colour to please men. That's just really amazing to notice the big difference of attitude from males when you are a brunette or blondie, coz at then end, as you said, I'm still the same (great)person!

Well note I did not say I changed my hair colour for a man,in fact if I wanted to tell the whole truth but that is just so boring ,I was not just having a bad hair day ,I was having a bad hair weekend. As for the difference in attitude that may not have anything to do with the attitude of the male, but more to mine, as you may have noticed if you change hair, you then would change makeup and colour of your clothes to make the look come together. This in turn can certainly bring on a change of how you feel.
You are however single as you state and know yourself very well. When in a long term relationship I feel you need to refresh things to keep things interesting, and you definately can do this in a trusting confident, loving relationship.
Well that goes for me and I am sure you know what works for you.
