Default help for flu

this article is from a daily newspaper

ECHINACEA is a herbal immune boosting remedy, used for treatment and prevention od colds and flu. Experts say the quality of the product is vital, so buy from a reputable source. Some studies show echinacea helps to overcome cold symptoms, others have shown it doesn,t help. I think its worth trying it at the first sign of infection.

I agree but it's quite expensive isn't it?

Echinacha is well worth using for general health.... its not too expensive, not if you get them from proper health shops where the staff can explain the benefits to you.

Its not too expensive anymore and you can get it in liquid or capsule form. Lemon, ginger & honey in a mug of hot boiled water is great, and soluble aspirin for sore throats. Not to mention olbas oil and those chewing gums - airwaves, to unblock the catarrh.

I'm not normally a fan of supplements, but I do sometimes take Ehcinachea - I got some as a free sample once, and it does seem to help - I take it when I start feeling a little drained, and it seems to prevent the onset of full flu.
