Hi all,
I have saved some money on the side for a week long skiing trip. I'm looking at France or Italy and my budget is 400 pounds for ski passes and accommodation. Is this feasible? Any suggestions? Thanks ![]() |

Andorra is generally pretty cheap.
Otherwise there are some cheaper resorts like Tignes, La Plagne... |

£400 pounds for France and Italy might be a little tight, especially if you need to get lift passes/rent etc + accomodation. However I'm sure its possible.
My uni sports club are running a trip this year to St Sorlin in France which is 8 days and its all in for £209!! However we are travelling by coach From Edinburgh to France plus there is about 20 people going so its maybe a little cheaper with buy in bulk etc so I'm sure it can be done for £400, you just need to do a little digging |

Hello,
£400 is a very tight budget, it depends on whether or not you've got the ski equipment already or if you're planning on renting? For the actual trip though, I'd agree jafarcakes on this about Tignes and the other cheaper resorts. Travelling by coach is also a good option, it cuts down the cost a lot. Hope that helps, Dave Looking for cheap snowboards, snowboard bindings or snowboard boots? Check us out today! |

Andorra is cheap, and I think still a tax haven, so should be a good option, and also Bansko in Bulgaria is another good option!
