Idea Sugar and Lemon

My favourite pancakes so easy to make and light too!

Just sprinkle some sugar and pour some freshly squeezed lemon juice and you've got yourself a treat.

Have you seen Lycos iQ? Everything you might want to know about pancakes can be found here.

Or else you could have them with banana pieces and chocolate shavings and some whipped cream...not so light but bloody delicious!

Home made pancakes are so easy to do...
No measuring needed!!!
Just put some flour,3 eggs, and some milk wisk together, and presto, you have your mix.
If there is only 2 or 3 people havin them, then you only need 2 or 3 eggs, and a little salt. Then put into a lightly oiled hot pan!!!
And what i usually do is put some raisons in while still runny, sliced bananna, then flip over, then when cooked, i put lemon juice and a sprinkle of sugar and maybe some melted chocolate on top!!!!
LUSH!!!!! LUSH!!!!! LUSH!!!!!!!!

pancakes make the best cannelloni..just make up ya normal spag bol mix(not to runny)..place some of the mix on a pancake, roll it up and place in a dish,,do enough so its a snug fit...top with a cheese sauce,,or a borin white one..lol(heat the milk gently with a bit of salt, pepper and a bay leaf and set aside for about 30 mins before making the sauce)...
place the sauce on top with some grated cheese and bake it for about 30 mins at 180 till the top is crisp
WARNING!!!! tastes really good,,bit of a flaff to make,,but it does fill up teenagers ...lol
As for sweet pancakes i dont think you can go for wrong with the classic sugar and lemon or orange on the top..MMMmmmm yummy yummy yummy pancakes in my tummy ..lol
