Important/exclamation Enjoyment!!!!!!!

Cooking, i love to cook!!!!!!
i like cooking healthy meals, from scratch and unhealthy meals too!!!!
When i cook for my family, all my love goes into it!! sounds daft, but i like them to enjoy what ive put in front of them!!!
sitting up to the table with my 2 teenage girls and my hubby, and chat about everything, i feel is very important part of our day!!
Not always able to do that, but when we do we love the time together!!!!
I wish we could do it all the time!!!!
So cooking to me is very important, i do like to cook home cooked things, and not prepacked things, if i can help it!!!!

I'm only 16 and my mother makes all of my food, which is a little worrying for when I go off to uni in two years (if all goes to plan). I'm planning on learning to cook soon so any easy recipes you'd like to share to help me out a bit

Do you like pasta??
So easy, and cheep!!!! And you can make the simplest of sauces to go with!!!
for one simple sauce you will need:-

1 onion
mushrooms
1 red pepper
1 cheep tin of chopped tomatoes
and some dried mixed herbs, which you can buy cheep from all superstores.

Fry onions of, with a little oil, if you havent got oil, a little butter will do. Or even a little water.
Fry them till soft, then add mushrooms, cook them till brown.
Then add pepper, but dont cook pepper too long, cause they will loose the flavour and a bit of there crunch!!!!
You can add mixed herbs either at the start, with onions or put them in now.
Then add tomatoes, leave on medium heat for a couple of minuits, then ready!!

Dont forget to cook pasta, when you ahve nearly finished sauce!!
This is quite a healthy meal too, also if you have a bit of extra cash, you can include mince!!
But its fine without!!

Hope this helps, just a bit ENJOY!!!! LOL
